Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any
refund/reversal/chargeback and any other reasons.
Transaction fees charged would be borne by the cardholder for any online payment made
to PBS College.
Fees once paid are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of PBS College,
including withdrawal or absence.
Admission is subject to eligibility criteria and document verification as per
institutional and government norms.
PBS College reserves the right to modify or update the fee structure and admission
rules without prior notice.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where PBS
College is situated.
By submitting any online form or payment, the applicant agrees to abide by all
institutional policies and regulations.
